We collect information that you provide us; this may be through verbal communication, email, post, completing a booking form when hiring our venue or by using the ‘contact us’ section of our website.

 

Why do we collect this information?

We collect this information to provide and operate our services (hire of our venue) and to respond to your messages/enquiries. We may need to contact you regarding the event/function you may be holding at our venue.

How do we store your information?

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

Any written personal details (such as completed booking forms) are stored securely in staff only area of our venue.

 

We will store your information until your enquiry is successfully resolved, or for no longer than one month after the completion of the function/event you are holding at our venue. Once this time has expired we shall delete any electronic information and securely destroy any hard copies (such as completed booking forms).

We may contact you to; respond to your enquiry, resolve a dispute, or provide an update regarding your hire of our venue. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
